Columbia PhytoTechnology was established during 2000 with the purpose of delivering nutrition through dehydration using its patented Infrared Zone Drying technology. It has expanded steadily to volume production of a wide variety of powdered products. To better serve our customers we are currently building additional capacity in our new 70,000 sq ft facility. Our location in The Dalles, Oregon provides easy access to Northwest fruit and vegetable products as well as large processors. Other products originate from far and exotic locales, such as the Amazon jungle in Brazil. We are certified organic and kosher.

The Company has branched out into two areas. PowderPure is the marketing arm for sale of the finest fruit and vegetable powders in the world. Columbia PhytoTechnology is the parent company of PowderPure and any future divisions. Columbia PhytoTechnology holds the patents to the Infrared Zone Drying technology (RZD). It manufactures and licenses RZD dryers for sale to other companies.

RZD dryers offer advantages of quality better than freeze dried at a lower cost. The powders manufactured using RZD dryers are generally the best versions available in the world, with full nutrient retention, superior flavor retention and a natural color similar to the starting raw material.
